Hillary just had her 39 week doctor's visit yesterday afternoon and we had some pretty exciting news. The doc said she was almost 2 cm dialated and "very soft" (which is OB lingo for no turning back now). At the end of the visit, she told us it could be any day now, and Hillary's body was ready. Well, my eyes got really big about this time...to know that we are going to be parents in mere DAYS filled me with immediate excitement and anxiety. I cannot wait!!Hillary has been FABULOUS through the entire pregnancy. She never complains, still works with 60 6th graders, exercises, and is almost always in an uplifting mood that just makes everyone want to be around such a happy, glowing pregnant mom. I have never loved her more...but I bet I will in a few short days!
So, next time I post hopefully it will be with pictures of our new (and great-looking) baby boy!! I hope all of you are even a fraction as excited as I am. We love you all and can't wait to share this joyous time with everyone.

Oh my goodness! What beautiful photos! I cannot WAIT for my first nephew to get here... I have 2 kisses ready for him - one under his ear, and one on his chin! Love you guys...
